Barsby Auctions is a boutique ONLINE auction site, providing personal service to all our clients. We are based in the lower north shore of Sydney. We are the Sydney specialists in Deceased Estates & Downsizing. We specialise in ONLINE antiques & fine art auctions. Sydney's friendly antiques & collectables online auction site.

Our Principals are

David Barsby, Owner, Auctioneer & Valuer

David has more than 30 years experience in the Antique Trade, both in Australia and Europe. He has specialist knowledge of English & European Ceramics, 19th & 20th Century Collectables.

He has owned a number of antique businesses in and around Sydney over the last thirty years, the last was in North Sydney. Since 2000 David has been dealing internationally and exhibiting at major antique fairs held in Australia. Since 2008 he has change direction and now enjoys the challenge of the auction. Barsby Auctions was established in December 2010. Barsby Auctions has executed more that 100 Auctions in the last few years, including a number of major estates including that of "Sir Victor and Lady Windeyer at Peroomba, Warrawee", "Ian & Gina Auchinache. We have recently changed to online auctions.
